What we collect

When you apply for a role or register interest, we collect your name, contact details, CV, any note you provide and the role you apply for. When you contact us, we collect the details and message you submit.

Please keep your CV relevant to your work and experience. Do not include identity documents, bank details or information that is not needed to discuss a role.

How we use it

We use application details to consider you for recruitment opportunities and contact you about suitable next steps. We use enquiry details to respond to your request. We also keep necessary records to protect this service from abuse.

We rely on your consent when you register your details for future opportunities. We may also process information to take steps you request before a contract, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate interests in operating our recruitment service. You can contact us to withdraw consent or object to processing.

Who can access it

Authorised Luno staff can review applications and enquiries. CV files are stored privately and require a staff login to download. We will discuss a prospective employer with you before sharing your CV with them.

This website uses Cloudflare for hosting, database storage, file storage and spam protection. Cloudflare may process information in countries outside the UK as described in its privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Website applications, uploaded CVs and enquiries are scheduled for deletion after 180 days from submission, regardless of review status. You can ask us to remove them sooner. If a recruitment relationship continues, we will explain any further records we need to keep and the reasons for keeping them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, or withdraw consent. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to object or receive a portable copy.
